Why is 1 cent debited when I subscribe to a plan?
If you choose to pay for the subscription via the website, we would be happy to offer you the opportunity to use our app for free for 14 or 30 days. To verify the validity of your bank details, a charge of 1 cent will be deducted. At the end of this period (or after 30 days in the case of an annual subscription), the subscription will automatically start, unless you have cancelled it in the meantime. We hope that during this free trial period, you can experience how much convenience and enjoyment our app can provide.
Where can I see which email address I am logged in with?
Navigate to the home page and click on 'Profile'. Then click on 'Edit' and you will see the email address with which you are currently logged in.
I paid through iOS, but it still says the app is a free trial version?
In this case, it is possible that you are not logged in with the same account and login method with which you subscribed. If you are currently logged in through, for example, your Gmail email address with the login method email, your payment will be linked to that account.
I recently subscribed through the website, but I noticed that the app is asking me to pay again. Could you please help me understand why this is happening?
The paid version of the app may not be visible, and there could be two reasons for this:
1. You may not be logged in to the app in the same way as on the website. To access the paid app, you need to log in in exactly the same way. For example, if you logged in on the website using Google, you need to use the same credentials for the app (including the same email address).

2. It is possible that the payment has not yet been processed in the app. In this case, it is best to close the app and wait for 20 seconds before reopening it. The payment screen should no longer be visible. If you still see the screen, please kindly contact us at support@everge.app and mention the account with which you registered. We will be happy to assist you further.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Did you pay through the Everge website? If so, please go to https://www.everge.app and click on 'Log in' (https://www.everge.app/log-in/login). Log in here and then click on 'Cancel subscription'.

Please note that you need to log in the same way as you registered (for example, through Facebook, Apple ID, or email).

If you registered through email, you will receive a link to log in.

If you paid through the App Store, please follow these steps (FAQ Apple).
